What we built

A browser ledger. You enter principal, annual rate, term, a first-payment date, and any extra principal. The page writes every monthly row, the payoff date, interest saved against a no-extra baseline, and a CSV. There is no account and no server-side loan database.

What we do not do

• Originate, broker, or service mortgages.
• Sell leads to lenders or show “pre-qualified” offers.
• Store the numbers you type. They stay in the page unless you share the URL.
• Replace a payoff quote, a Closing Disclosure, or a conversation with a licensed professional.

Independence

AmortSheet is not affiliated with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, or any depository. If advertising appears, it is labeled and does not change the math. We do not let advertisers write calculator defaults.
