Loan figures

AmortSheet has no backend for the calculator. Inputs and the amortization schedule never leave the browser as part of the math. If you copy a URL that contains query parameters (loan amount, rate, extras), anyone with that URL can see those values. Do not paste a populated URL into a public forum if you consider the size of your loan private.

CSV exports are generated locally and downloaded to your computer.

Hosting and logs

The static files may be served by Cloudflare Pages or a similar CDN. Those providers typically log IP address, user agent, referrer, and requested path for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to reconstruct a loan.

Cookies and advertising

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s ad settings and industry opt-out pages. Ad placeholders on this source build do not set AdSense cookies until a publisher id is configured.

We do not sell your loan inputs. We do not use calculator fields to target ads.

Fonts and third-party requests

Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts. That request can expose your IP address to Google.

Children

The site is intended for adults considering a mortgage. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Privacy questions can be sent to the operator address published at launch. Do not include account numbers or copies of loan documents.
