License to use

You may use the calculator and read the guides for personal, non-commercial research. You may export your own CSV. You may not scrape the site to build a competing dataset of pages, misrepresent AmortSheet as a lender, or wrap the calculator in a product that implies we reviewed or approved a loan.

No professional relationship

Use of the site does not create a client, advisory, or lending relationship. See thedisclaimer.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt hosting, inject content, or use the site to generate misleading loan documents. Automated bulk requesting that degrades the service is not allowed.

Warranties and liability

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that a schedule is complete, current, or fit for a particular loan. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the estimates.

Changes

We may update the engine, the articles, or these terms. The “last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
